The Fellow will gain training and experience in the design, delivery and analysis of clinical trials. They will undertake research projects to investigate methods to adjust for the use of rescue medication during the intervention phase of a trial and examine novel approaches to analysing adverse event data. The focus of the work initially will be in paediatric severe asthma and eczema drug trials. The Fellow will be supervised by Dr Victoria Cornelius and Dr Suzie Cro with guidance from Professor Deborah Ashby.
You will have a first degree (Class I or II) or equivalent and have recently completed a Masters in statistics, epidemiology or public health. You will be IT literate, self-motivated with excellent communication skills and have the ability to work well individually as well as in a team.
