We make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and we encourage care services to improve. We monitor, inspect and regulate services to ensure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety and we publish what we find to help people choose care. The Intelligence directorate provides a range of products to help inspection teams prioritize the work that they do. We are developing these products to be fit for the changing regulatory landscape, and take advantage of new tools and IT infrastructure. We need to be able to produce efficient and timely products.
You will take a lead in providing automated analytical products bringing together heterogeneous data types and sources in a seamless way. You will need to ensure that these products are delivering credible interpretations of the data, and maximize impact and timeliness, both for internal and external audiences.
