Hello Alistair,

I think the images on page 2 aren't very clear and as John said it may
better linking to actual pages, then you can demo the interaction for
the templates.

How about highlighting the accessibility features?

What about a summary page at the end, perhaps drawing on the additional
features?

Regards, Kerrie.

Useful feedback John - many thanks. I'll incorporate as many of those
suggestions as I can before it goes as a live link on the community
site.

Thanks also to Shirley for the semi-offer of an iSpring tutorial :-)

If anyone else has ideas, suggestions or example Xerte objects we'd love
to hear from you.

Julian and I are discussing learning designs at the moment and we might
be looking at a monthly challenge... more later.

Alistair

Hi Alistair,

Here's my pennies worth:

Page 1
=======
Possibly more of a 'wow' image? Would be nice to show a sample of what
can be done with Xerte on the first page?

Possibly more emphasis on the introductory page bullets ( it wasn't too
clear to me that they would be the topics of the object, though that
might just be the way I look at things!).

Page 2
=====
I Liked the list on page 2
Even though its for 'Trainers', would they be aware of all the
terminology used?

 - I felt that some of the images were a bit 'busy' though I appreciate
it's hard to convey what Xerte can do in a few pages - enlarge the
images perhaps, or link to 'demo pages' rather than plain images?

Page 3
=====
No mention of cameras on Tablets in the page text - do you need to
update this?
Tabs content is good.
(I'm a Picasa fan - simple for folks to understand, and will resize,
crop, add labels, provide composite image and handle screenshots easily
without harming the original.)

Page 4
=====
Typo - ( sp[histication ).

Again, a good set of examples

- Any thoughts on even more advanced image creation e.g. edge
feathering, , shadows or rounding off corners?

Page 5
=====
Images on all other pages except this one - possibly add some here? ( eg
snapshots of the software and sites) A useful starting point for Staff
Trainers !

I think your main problem might be knowing where to stop. The more I
look at Xerte, the more I see how flexible it can be, and when HTML5
comes along - I think it will knock spots off most of the competition!

Hope this helps!

John
