Hi All,

I won't be able to make it to the ops meeting today as I have been
requisitioned to do IRIS work.

T2K:
Simon and me had another now more systematic go at the t2k LFC to DFC
transition and I have now sent out tickets to all sites affected. In
the UK that's QMUL, RAL-LCG2, RALPPD, IC, Lancaster, Sheffield, Oxford
and Liverpool.

For CMS all the T2 report no problems, though there seem to be hiccups at  RAL:

ROD On duty:
I was on duty last week and nothing exciting happened. Which is what
it should be.
