I'm looking to make contact with other users of Red Box Call Recording systems. We've had Red Box in place to capture client calls for a couple of years now. However, I have only recently been brought into discussions around its use across the business and how it is/could be configured.
I've no previous knowledge of the product and it would therefore be really helpful to connect with others who currently use it in order to get their thoughts on the product, how they have configured the system etc...
