I was just suggesting that members look on the jiscmail web site
www.jiscmail.ac.uk to see what the two alternatives offer and then
express their views. If people want a formal poll conducted, I will take
it to the Troika and suggest a call for volunteers to organise it.

Once set to private it becomes difficult to open archives in an ethical
way in the future.
I suggest new private lists if these are wanted.
