Know what you mean, Barry, about the dose. The first lot of tablets I got,
recommended 1 a day, with 5.2 g of circuma longa (tumeric), Blackmores
brand and tagged ‘Brain active’. The second lot I got is labelled ‘Circumin
Active + Boswellia . It has exactly half the amount of circumin (2.7g) +
500mg Boswellia serrata (Indian frankincense) and recommended dose is twice
a day. This one is tagged ‘anti-inflammatory’ and is recommended for joint
pain. Your recipe sounds like a winner. Maybe I’ll just make a dahl curry
tonight.
All the best,
Bill
