Although the maternity and perinatal audit has published aggregated data for a single year, there are a number of pitfalls and also exclusions which it has described in its report. Each of the countries of the UK compiles its own data separately and in fuller detail and the countries differ from each other. Here are the links for England and Scotland.
England - you need Hospital Episode Episode Statistics as MSDS is too incomplete to be of use at a national level
Can someone in Wales and Northern Ireland please supply the link for your statistics.
