Can anyone help me with this question?
In an Old-Swedish prayer book I have found a comment related to a prayer
dedicated to St. Anne. It says that in 1494 Pope Alexander VI put this
prayer at the door of St Peterīs church in Rome and he, Alexander, gave
10.000 years indulgence form death sins and 20.000 years indulgence from
other sins to all who read the prayer three times before the picture of St Anne.
Do anyone knows if this very large sum of years of indulgence is a fake or
is it true that Alexander did this promise? If itīs true, can it then have
been a certain picture of Saint Anne.
