That's the one. "no longer extant" survived, through an error in editing, from a longer sentence that had begun with the no longer extant church of St. Andrew ascribed to S. in the LP.
Columns in the nave of Bernini's Santa Bibiana are said to be survivors from its late antique predecessor. Some are visible in the last view on this page:
