Here at Roehampton University Library we are looking at the way that we currently collect our Library Enquiry Services statistics to see if there are better methods to use.
We collect Enquiry Services statistics throughout the year, and not just during SCONUL weeks, and use a mixture of electronic and paper based methods. Neither method has proven to be fool-proof.
It would be really helpful to know the following.
1. How other Libraries collect their Library Enquiry Services statistics e.g. on paper or other
2. Frequency of stats collection (i.e. just at SCONUL set times or other)
3. How your current process works for you (positives and negatives)
Many thanks in advance for your feedback
