Is anyone aware of any copyright issues in using images/screencasts etc.
of electronic resources in user education material? It's been flagged up
as a possible area of concern here and I must admit I'd never really
thought of it - using screenshots etc. seems to be fairly common in
user guides and other types of publications.
Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
