Hi James,
You should be able to get rid of this file (and others) without any
problems. I think FEAT tends to create a lot of output that won't be
used by most users. I believe the only files you really need for higher
level analyses are the cope and varcope images in the stats folder. You
also will need the reg folder in the first level directory. But note
that you can also save disk space by checking the option to "cleanup
first-level standard-space images" as these can take up a considerable
amount of space. If you've already ran your higher-level analyses
without that option, you'll have a "reg_standard" folder in all your
lower-level directories--and you can delete these manually.
