It sounds like you have not setup your environment correctly.
I see that from your email yesterday you are trying to do this on a windows PC - correct?
I assume you have solved the problems you mentioned there.
Try going through the instructions on the page:
within the virtual machine. It is likely that your environment variables, particularly FSLDIR
and PATH, are not setup correctly.
If you still have trouble then email us with more details - especially any error messages,
as it is hard to diagnose problems without more details.
