Hi Matthew,
Silas was trying to help me figure out this BET error message and I am stepping in now that we understand the problem a bit better.
I tried the command you suggested (fslroi dti.nii extractedVolume 0 1) to extract the first image from my 4D dataset.
I get the following error:
Image Exception : #22 :: Failed to read volume dti.nii
Error : std::bad_alloc
Failed to read volume dti.nii
Error : std::bad_alloc
I am new to FSL. Can you guide me on how to use fslroi correctly? The file in question is the same file that Silas sent to you. Do you get the same error I am getting?
Tx,
Christine
