Hi Lisa,
Take a look a the header with fslhd -- that might give you some insight into
why it's reading your 4D file as a single 3D image...

I believe you are correct. Although there is nothing listed as an "error"
earlier on, I just noticed that the log says that I only have 1 timepoint in
my input dataset (should be 67), so that seems to be the problem. Now I
have to figure out why FSL is only seeing the first timepoint of this
dataset. I created this 4D dataset in AFNI by picking out only the resting
timepoints and recombining them. I'm wondering if something about that
process made the "4D-ness" of the dataset invisible to FSL? I welcome
anyone's suggestions about this.
