Dear Andrew,
This seems to be a problem which is occasionally seen, depending on
data set. If you see this and it does not seem that the reference image
is an outlier, then feel free to remove the regressor associated with it.
In the near future we plan to have an updated version of this method
which should not be so sensitive to this reference image issue.
