In the individual subject folders, all stats should be in the subject's native space (except the rendered_... files).
In the higher level analyses, stats are in the standard space.

Subject: [FSL] statistics images registered to mean fMR image or to subject's structural scan?
Hello,
I am running a simple fMRI block design for individual subjects in FSL and have
a simple question.
Within each subject's .feat/stats directory, there are a set of tstat.nii.gz
images. Are these tstat images registered to the subject's individual
anatomical scan? To their mean functional scan? or both?
Thanks so much,
Lara
