Hi,
so if we use fslmaths, to calculate
sigma [vols] = (1 / cutoff[Hz]) / (2.35 * TR)
or
sigma [vols] = (1 / cutoff[Hz]) / (2 * TR)
for example, I like to LPF 0.2 Hz, my TR in 1.5 s
sigma [vols] =1.4
fslmaths input -bptf -999 1.4 output
