Dear Sigge,
i agree with Pete and Andy: - The fact that some system A has a certain
capability C implemented as feature D, does not imply that a system B suggesting
the use C of depends in a logical sense on A.
The reason to make sure about dependencies is to clarify, that changes in A
will not cause changes in B.
It's with a little contortion...don't worry.
