In the sense that neither the PURL nor the "namespace document" is
actually set up at this point in time, not yet ;-)
I didn't want to make any assumptions about this being accepted at this
stage, so I haven't asked DCMI to register that PURL...
However if people are happy to go forward on the basis that although
both the XML format and the RDF conventions may change subject to
comments received on the two drafts, we will use that URI as an XML
Namespace Name for the document element, then I'd be happy to talk to
Tom and the OCLC folk to get something set up.
Also, I'm conscious that the current XSLT is incomplete in that
(a) I haven't checked that I've implemented everything in Mikael's
DC-RDF draft (and I'm fairly sure I haven't - esp the "shortcut" stuff)
(b) the current transform is only XSLT 1.0 and I don't think XSLT 1.0
can process the QNames in attribute values, so I think I'll need to do
an XSLT 2.0 version (which I was just looking at)
