If you use the major release update mechanism in Analysis it does update
the reference data. It is totally renewed. - It is unpacking the same file
as the website download. If this was generally wrong many others would
have had the same problem.
I will discuss with Wayne and try to work out what is going on. Patching
over the old file may work but is not getting to the underlying issue
which may have other consequences.
