Hi Rémi,

If I understand you correctly, you have pre-aligned particles that already have approximately the right orientation parameters assigned. All you have to do is start a new refinement and set (in the sampling tab) the initial angular step and the angular step at which local searches start to the same value (healpix order and auto local healpix order). Give a small shift step and shift range and you should be good to go.
