Hi All,
I am a newbie to Winbugs and am looking for a cluster analysis example. I
checked the usual locations as was unable to find anything. I have a
response y and it belongs to 1 of g groups c_i, i = 1...g. Given a data
vector x I am interested p(y=c_i|x).
In other words I would like to generate a group label c_i for each response
y based on a feature vector x. my data takes the form of (y_i, x_i) where
each x_i is a vector containing p features. I do not know apriori how many
groups there are (the value of g) so I would assign a prior p(g), then
clearly a prior for the labels would be p(c|g) and so on...
Thanks in advance
Richard.
