Hello, everyone:
I write some code in R about hierarchical bayesian model. but I just can
generate 1000 samples even though I set up n.iter=30000 in R code. Does any one
can tell me how to get more samples from R? Thanks. I use R 2.2.1. The R code is
as followed:
multi.data<- list(beta.hat =c( 0.731350, 0.872442, 0.622717, 0.975991),
sigma.beta=c(108.17191, 15.90833, 29.32551, 72.47306 ))
multi.inits <- function()
list(beta = c(1,1,1,1), mu =0.8, tau= 1)
multi.parameters <- c("beta", "mu", "tau")
multi.sim <- bugs(multi.data, multi.inits, multi.parameters, "multi.bug",
n.chains=1, n.iter=30000)
da<- multi.sim$sims.list
da6<-da$mu
#I am interested in hyper parameter mu.
