What is wrong with this very simple model? Of course
this is a simpler version of what I want to do; but it
annoys me that I can't model it :-/
model {
for (i in 1:N-1) {
x[i+1] <- x[i] + error[i]
error[i] ~ dnorm(0, tau)
}
sigma <- 1 / sqrt(tau)
}
list(N = 10, x = c(0, 2, 6, 9, 6, 11, 10, 10, 13, 13))
list(tau = 1)
It checks, loads the data, but when I try to compile,
it gives the error:
multiple definitions of node x[2]
