International Scientific Workshop: Structural Equation Modeling and Latent Variable Models
Bologna (Italy), September 12-14th, 2012
The workshop aims at gathering researchers in Statistics and in related fields, to discuss methodologies and recent developments related to Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Latent Variable Models (LVMs). These methods, which have wide applications in the social and behavioral sciences and beyond, allow researchers to address a broad class of research questions regarding measured and latent variables.
Prof. Kenneth Bollen – University of North Carolina
Prof. Gregory R. Hancock – University of Maryland
Prof. Irini Moustaki – London School of Economics and Political Science
The meeting is promoted and sponsored by the Italian National Research Institute on Food and Nutrition (INRAN) and will be hosted by Department of Statistical Sciences of the University of Bologna, Italy.
