We're looking for someone who would be interested in working with an interesting data set to write an article(s) (potentially for "Organizational Aesthetics"). The data set is an extended email conversation between members of the Creative Skills Training Council (CSTC). The CSTC is an on-line community of creative practitioners made up of business executives, academics, designers, artists, behavioural and cognitive scientists involved in advancing the practice of creative skills and capabilities development in business, organizations and government through aesthetic processes and creativity thinking tools and systems. They have engaged in three extended conversations that have been captured on the CSTC wiki.
The first conversation was about "What is a creative skill?":
The second conversation was about "How Do You Recognize When You Are Being
The third conversation was about "How Does A Creative Practitioner Value
Please feel free to take a look at the conversations and if you are
interested in working with the data, please let us know.
