The #IJLBE provides a vehicle for the publication of high quality legal scholarship in the context of the design, construction, management and ongoing use and enjoyment of the built environment. Areas of substantive law addressed include land, property, planning, environmental, housing and construction law as well as relevant areas of contractual and tortious liability. Submitted manuscripts may adopt doctrinal, theoretical or other forms of legal scholarship, or deal with empirical and socio-legal investigations within a built environment context. In keeping with the international scope of the journal, articles drawing comparisons between two or more jurisdictions and those offering theoretical cross-jurisdictional legal perspectives are particularly welcome. |
