The list is open to the circulation and discussion of working papers and to the debate of current issues in the field. Although this list is established to facilitate the British research community, it is by all means not limited to scholars and practitioners in the UK.
There is no specific academic focus for debate, and there are no limits on discussion topics either provided they fall within the defined theme of the Baltic-Studies list and comply with usage guidelines.

BASA The Black and Asian Studies Association
BASA was established in 1991 to encourage research in the history of Black and Asian peoples in Britain. BASA organises workshops for teachers, participates in education conferences, and campaigns on educational and institutional racism issues.
