A community of researchers, educators and practitioners from institutions based all over Midlands that are primarily concerned with cinema and the moving image. - It is designed to offer a way of advertising local events, publishing important news, sharing resources and encouraging involvement in the generation of high level research. - It can be used to spread the word about what is happening in the area of film in the Midlands and also to archive the large body of excellent work that goes on.
