Before i start many thanks for everyone who wrote back re. my patient with meralgia paresthetica. A great help. I have a patient who has had a fractured scaphoid despite 9 weeks in POP remains unhealed. She has been diagnosed sudecks osteodystrophy and referred for mobilising of wrist and hand. She complains of excessive pain and hyperalgesia and gross loss of all movements. Any ideas for traetment regimes etc? Also comments on prognosis?
