Now Chris that would imply that Singer had no influence in Australia.
There are many reasons why his Green Party nomination for Senate didn't
work out. But he was and still is very influential in shaping the bioethic
scene in Australia and how disabled and others are viewed within the
issues of gene technology and euthanasia.
