(sound of rummaging through boxes of old photo's) ...now where's that picture of a tall chap stood alongside Roman well, near cawthorne on the North York moors, circa 1988. The occasion was a day out with Edna Whelan and Ian Taylor who were visiting the wells to be included in their book "Yorkshire Holy wells and Sacred Springs".
