    The 9th cen. Utrecht Psalter and 12th cen. Eadwine Psalter have
illustrations of organs (and probably the Harley Psalter as well).
Eadwine's are a "garbled" copy of Utrecht (cf  Eadwine fols. 261v and
281r).   Eadwine is Trinity College Cambridge MS R 17.1.
    I pulled the info quickly from Margaret Gibson, T.A. Heslop, and
Richard Pfaff, _Eadwine Psalter:  Text, Image, and Monastic Culture in
12th Century Canterbury_.  If you need more details, let me know.
