Thanks to Fr Ambrose for his quick and very helpful reply to my inquiry.

I can't resist saying again (as many others have said) what a wonderful
resource this list is, since so many of the listmembers are both
knowledgeable and generous in sharing their knowledge.   Sometimes the
internet really does live up to the claims that are made about it.
