Dear Colleagues: One of the frescoes of our recently renovated church portrays the presentation of the BVM in the temple. The following text is placed there: 1) "Veni electa mea et ponam in te tronum meum, 2) et sic in siion firmata sum et in civitate santificata requievi (Sirach 24: 15). I have not been able to identify the source of part 1 of the text, i.e., Veni electa, etc. and would appreciate any leads you may be kind enough to offer. Thank you.
