Dear Professor Enwemeka,
it would be polite when making
conference announcements not to send such large attachments to a mailing
list, especially the same message and attachment twice!
Unfortunately, here in the UK we have to pay for the time spent online. You
may also want to consider that because of the threat of viruses many people
delete messages with attachments as a matter of course without reading the
message, which defeats your purpose in publicising your conference.
It would be better if you had people contact you for the bulk of the
information after providing essential details.
