I'm a student at Portland State University in Portland Oregon. I'm planning
a conference on disability issues in higher education. My goal is to help
our faculty to better understand the needs of students with disabilities and
adapt their approach to students in the classroom. I also want students to
better understand what rights they have under the United State's laws. I
was curious what specific lecture topics your conference will be covering.
I am trying to develop workshops that would accurately cover all the issues
that students with disabilities face at the higher education level. Any
ideas would be much appreciated.
Thank you,
Anne Cohen
