A Marxist analysis would expose the oppression that individuals experience under capitalism. It would also show that a socialist society would provide more for individuals with disabilities. I have written a thesis on the benefits that individuals with disabilities would have under socialism using the workers state of Cuba as an example. It was Helen Keller ,a socialist, who exposed the drive for profits under Capitalism for both creating disabilities and for not providing for individuals with disabilities.
