I think that many disabled people are employed (successfuly) when non
disabled people are pre-occupied with war and such. This makes me wonder
how all the arguments of employers not wanting to hire disabled people are
constructed on a false basis since they (employers) seem to have no
problem actually exploiting ( getting surplus value) disabled people when
non disabled peopleare not available.

Ideology- I think, if you think of feminism, or civil rights (as opposed
to "race" as ideologies- althought NOT EVERYONE DOES, I think we "could"
think of "disability"as an ideology if we take the stance that disability
(as opposed to people WITH disabilities) is oppression and that social
forces are part of the construction of disability, then perhaps, belief
systems, especially the very culturally grouded ones, are directly
connected to disability ( as we are now re defining it). What think you?
Am I really full of shit as someone thinks? Smiling while typing and
knowing I have not spellchecked or even read what I have written while I
watch x files.
