Conference of University Teachers of German in Great Britain and Ireland DISTINCTIONS, PROMOTIONS, APPOINTMENTS ETC. For the next annual meeting of the CUTG, to take place at Keele University (13-15 September), I am collating news to be announced by the President (opening business) on distinctions, promotions, appointments etc. in the subject area of German.
