Hello Renee, This is uday. I wonder if you have tried cryotherapy which proves to be very effective as you yourself may be knowing in cases of inflammation or a contrast-bath would be a suitable modality for starters. This is no kind of advice from as I do believe you would be more experienced in the field than me. I'm just a fresh guy in it. I am just trying to suggest. I would like to know what the response was in case you have already tried it. If anybody sends you a better suggestion, could you please forward a copy to me too. Not that I suffer from such a problem but just for knowledge sake.
