I have not educated anyone on the use of TNS during labour and delivery since I was a student about 7 years ago. Can anyone update me on the following: 1. when to start using the device 2. what the settings should be 3. electrode placements. I believe this changes through the different stages of labour. I have no idea what kind of unit she has. She is due in less than a week, so speedy replies would be appreciated.....
