Those values all have specific meanings that are known to people who work with them as a matter of course. What I can see here, is 7 sources for DC.Title fields, when doing a mechanical MARC->DC conversion. Or, 7 fields to look for 1 search term in, when doing a mechanical DC->MARC search mapping. If someone finds the resource after skimming a DC repository, and they want to know how the resource got a specific title, then they can go to MARC or whatever specialist datbase the values were drawn from. If someone knows that what they're looking for will have the Uniform Title of "Black Sheep in Pyjamas", then they should go directly to a specialist database.
