Dear members,
Does anybody have some information about the cult of the Salzburgian
saints Chuniald and Kislar in the 8th and 9th century? I found their
names in the litany of saints of the Lorscher Rotulus, they are called
also in another Litany (published by Coens in the Analecta Bollandiana
77, 1959). Their names can be found in the Vita of St. Rupert of
Salzburg, but this is a insertion of the 11th century (Monum. Germ.
hist. rer. Merov. VI).
Is there anything apart of this in the 9th century?
