I am doing some research into the range of networked services provided by libraries to the public, .e.g. www, e-mail, telnet, ftp, newsgroups, cd-rom networks, etc. Do you have any experience in this area? What do you feel are the pros and cons regarding different services? Are they well or poorly used? Have you encountered problems and how have you resolved them? If you are not providing certain services, why did you decide not to do so? Any information, views would be welcome.
