Dear all, Some while ago there was discussion on lis-iis about which were the most useful Search Engines for particular types of enquiry work. "Hotbot" got the best mentions due to its boolean abilities and flexibility and "Search Spaniel" was popular amongst people who could split their brains into six equal parts. "Northern Light" was also coming up fast on the rails as far as I can remember. As searching the Internet is continually improving and as I can't remember whether there has been a discussion on lis-pub-libs about the topic I wondered what people's preferences for Search Engines were and why?
