I have been asked if there is a publication along the lines of the "A region of Europe" series produced by the European Commission in the UK which focuses on Southern Ireland. I've tried to contact the Commission Representation on Dublin but have had difficulties getting through today. If such a publication does exist, how can I obtain a copy and is it free of charge?
