According to discussion with the EP London office and EUR-OP in
Luxembourg the publication of the printed version of EP debates (EP
Hansard) is continuing.  There was apparently some discussion last year
about discontinuing publication but this idea was subsequently
abandoned. 
However, they are some 15 months behind in their publication - the
latest one to appear is December 1997, so the EP's web site is still the
source for recent debates.
